Like Son, Like Daughter

It's a rare occasion  that Jason and I get to go out and have a night alone without twiddle dee and twiddle dum (a.k.a Grayson and Colbie) so when Aunt Deb gave us the opportunity to have a night out on the town we jumped.  For starter we went to dinner at Lognhorns, yummo, then topped that off with a movie.  We saw The Blind Side, A-MAZ-ING!  Loved that movie, and love Sandra Bullock which made it even better.

While we were out we learned that Colbie although small in size thinks she deserves gummy bear just like the rest of the older kids got, and sucked them down like they were...well, candy!  She is a mess.  Grayson takes care of her at all cost when someone else is around, but let her touch something he has or wants and nice big brother goes out the window.

Colbie adores her big brother and wants to do everything he does.  Don't get me wrong she's 100% girl but will always add something of Grayson's into the mix...like pushing her stroller and babydoll with a hammer in there too, or wearing a tutu while playing with a monster truck.  What a blessing each of them are to Jason and I.  It's good to have our date nights but oh so sweet to come home.
