new love

isn’t it amazing what can be fun with friends?  i am not a camping kind of girl.  the hubs grew up camping - i didn’t.  he loves to throw some clothes in a bag and go - i don’t.  he is a sit by the fire or lake and enjoy time kind of person - i’m not!  every single camping trip we have taken so far has turned  out way more expensive than it should be, and cause way more fights than should be allowed.....with that being said we just got home from a camping trip that wait for it.............was actually kinda great.  i mean my kid did skin up half his face racing down a hill on bikes.  and i may have fallen while hiking for a geo-cache with a baby strapped to my front.  and said child may have re-injured his face two more times while we were still camping.  buuuuuuuuuuut------we had the best company ever!

we went with 3 other families with kids all around the ages of ours (i mean really we span from infancy to near ten so it’s easy to hit at least one of the kids ages).  the kids had a blast playing, running, hiking, fishing, and riding.  and the grown ups had a pretty good time too!  even with everything that was a minor set back we had a great time and i am already looking forward to camping with our crew again soon.
